Another tiny update release. Trichet recognition has been updated (20e E/H, G/L and K/T, plus 5e P/X). Maltese post code rule changed to XYZ0000 --> XYZ or XYZ 0000 --> XYZ. New postcode files for Costa Rica, Cyprus and Romania from magpie.

Hello,
Would it be possible in future versions to come, including the possibility of language files to translate your program into any other language, and with HTML Web pages in French for example?
